• Preparing the two-page extended abstracts

    • Authors are invited to submit their two-page extended abstracts no later than 1 March 2024. (Only plenary speakers may submit a paper of up to six pages.) Detailed instructions and a latex template can be downloaded via the link Waves 2024 LaTex Template Instructions

  • Short abstract submission

    • Short abstract submission deadline: 2 February 2024.
    Participants are asked to create an account, submit a presentation title, a short abstract, and select a up to two topics (contributed sessions).

  • Payment is possible at anytime until 12 April 2024.


    • The conference registration fee covers the following:

    • On-site participation to all sessions
    • Welcome reception on Sunday evening
    • Lunch on Monday through Friday
    • Barbecue on Monday evening
    • Evening session in Berlin on Wednesday
    • Coffee breaks
    • Book of abstracts

    Regular registration: 400 EUR
    Student registration: 250 EUR
    Fee for late registration
    Plenary speaker registration: free
